Just a short drive south of Penticton in the beautiful Okanagan Valley and situated on the west side of Skaha Lake, Kaleden boasts the scenic beauty of lakefront living and a community full of spirit and neighborly connections.

Known for its stunning views of Skaha Lake beautifully complimenting the town’s picturesque vineyards and orchards. The community includes hamlets on the western shore of Skaha Lake and extending out to St. Andrews By-The-Lake and Twin Lakes.

Kaleden’s surrounding area is a recreation hub, home to the historic KVR Trail, known for its easy grade cycling trail section, threading right through Kaleden’s manicured lake front. Winter months showcase Apex Mountain Resort. Just 45 minutes from Kaleden to the hills parking lot, Apex is a winter paradise complete with downhill, Nordic and a 1km forest skating loop creating a winter experience you won’t soon forget.

Exploring the town will reveal two historic buildings, the General Store, and neighbouring Hotel Kaleden, the remaining concrete shell is a relic of iconic architecture that tells a historical tale. Nearby Linden Gardens is a picturesque 9 acre garden and green space. Nestled within find the Frog City Cafe offering an eclectic atmosphere.

The quiet community is known its for lush vineyards, rolling hills, wonderful golf courses and its breathtaking views of Skaha Lake. Visitors come to Kaleden to unwind, explore and soak up nature.
